Should be okay, but:: Need to know what the miligram dose of medicine your infant ingested. I would also give a call toll free to the poison control hotline at 1-800-222-1222. Prednisone may have effects on the temperment and blood sugar level of your baby.

Contact your doctor: Prednisone is often used on pediatric patients. The dose is determined by weight/age, etc. You indicated that you gave 1.5. Was your child prescribed Prednisone and you gave a dose of 1 & 1/2 of the prescribed amount? If so, there should be no danger.
