Tendonitis: Tendonitis, or inflammation of one or more tendons, can be quite painful and disabling. First you need to make sure this is your correct diagnosis. Then, treatment would be started that can help you immensely. I recommend a visit to a hand surgeon. Most treatment can be non-surgical.
