No: Generally, unless you get some sweating as a side effect there would not be any point in taking any opioid for a fever. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or any of the nsaid's are effective at reducing fever. If there isn't any response you need to seek medical attention.

No: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a better choice. Narcotics are not recommended.

No : These meds are not used for reduction of fever. They are powerful narcotics. Why would you think this? Do not use them for any reason unless prescribed by your doctor.
