Sleep Hygiene: Sleep problems are of course very common. Often stress is the cause. Sometimes depression is the cause. But often it just happens spontaneously without discernable reasons. In this case sleep hygiene is important. Try to have a non stimulated bed time environment. Don't eat too late. Don't exercise too late. Shut off the tv or computer. Don't text or use phone. Try reading a book. Dim lights.
