Melatonin: Try a quiet hour before bedtime. Listen to soft music, take a warm bath and ask your doctor about taking melatonin.

Figure out why: It's too hard to answer this based on the above. It could be from pd off time or associated sleep disorders that are part of pd. Other things like depression or poor sleep hygiene or napping may affect night time sleep. You need to discuss this with your neurologist.
