Drs unable to locate origin, but after back being adjusted i developed intercostal neuralgia. any perm fix? had neurolysis but pain coming back.

? Dislocaated Rib: Occasionally, with "adjustments" a rib gets dislocated. You might try seeing someone proficient in "rib adjustment" to try to reduce this dislocation. Neurolysis would be a much later treatment, if dislocation is the problem.
