A member asked:

I started feeling pain in the right quadrant of the ribs when moving, laughing, even talking or just sitting in particular positions. its not intercostal neuralgia (this pain is different) and its a constant pain. what could it be?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If your symptoms have lasted more than a couple of days it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
