Im 36yrs old and i just had my cycle about aut a week ago but i haven't had a cycle since last yr...what could that be?

Two possibilities: Unlikely that you are going through menopause at 36 years of age, but that's always a possibility. Average age for menopause is 51. More than likely you have had some cycle where you didn't ovulate and thus didn't have a period. This is something that definitely needs to be evaluated by a physician. You should have your hormones checked, your thyroid and your pituitary.
