Test is reliable: beginning about 3-4 weeks after conception, which is usually 1-2 weeks after a missed period, especially if using a first morning or concentrated urine sample. Some women will skip periods due to illness or stress, but due to hormone levels will experience breast tenderness and pelvic fullness. If you are still convinced you are pregnant, consult with your GYN who can do a blood test which is ultrasensitive.
