Not at all: Keep up her regular food and sleep schedule if possible, and try to fly after her second set of shots, usually at 4 months. She will be well protected. It is safest for her to fly strapped in a car seat, but the only way to be sure of that is to buy her a ticket, which not everyone can afford; instead, try to pick a flight which is not full and use the seat as your carryon. Use bottled water.

Should not be a pbm: You might benefit from sharing your plans with your OB and the airline. If you are healthy then neither should be worried about air travel at this stage. Some restrict air travel after 28 weeks or if you have had any complications during pregnancy. The travel itself would not affect baby. However the airline may not want to take a chance you would go into labor on the plane.
