I have pain on the left side of my face under jaw and now its spreadind to my head behond my ear. it also feels kind of numb. im only 19 yrs old?

Nerve palsy: It could be bell's palsy. Either way see your primary doc or a neurologist asap.

TMJ Pain: It is very common to have numbness with TMJ problems, you should be evaluated to rule out any pathology vs. Nerve impingement. I would start with and ENT evaluation and if everything checks out would look at a TMJ evaluation by someone who has advanced training in treating TMJ problems.
