Start w/ breakfast: Always have a balanced breakfast in the morning; it's a key component of healthy living. Have a mid morning snack (healthy protein, veggies or fruit) 2-3 hours later. Reasonably portioned lunch. Another mid afternoon snack and then appropriately portioned dinner. Avoid eating past 8pm. Good luck!
