I'm bipolar, ptsd, severe anxiety, insomnia.&some diagnosed can't stay awake. i'm in psych meds for it all, is it normal that i'm always suicidal? it's all i want.

Is suicidal normal?: No, being "always suicidal" is definitely not normal. Also, you say you're on psychiatric meds and can't stay awake. It sounds like you may be sedated from the combination of drugs you're on. Please contact your physician about these issues! also, you may benefit from a special kind of psychotherapy called "dbt" that helps you deal with very strong & painful emotions, in safe & healing ways.

DBT: I just want to underscore dr pappa's recommendation for dialectic behavior therapy. You would likely benefit from it and it could really help to turn around some distorted thought processes. Suicide will not be so inviting if the quality of your life improves. Take care of you.
