Get it seen by a doc: Any blister on the nose should be evaluated by a physician, to assess for shingles (varicella) . Called hutchinson's sign, it can signal an ophthalmic herpes zoster eruption , which can render you blind. The reason for this is that the nerve tips on the nose share the nerve that also branches out as the ophthalmic nerve to the eye.
