Should i get kidney surgery if the endometriosis is covering my kidney?

Depends: If only to treat the endometriosis, would try medical management first. If the endometriosis is not symptomatic then i would not recommend surgery. If the surgery is for something related to the kidney, then the endometriosis should probably not be a block to operating on the kidney.

How can I know if I have endometriosis or not? I had surgery for endo before, but having pain in lower abdomen and lower back. Am on pill.
