i was diagnosed with endrometrosis and had surgery in october of this year now i'm having brownish discharge and pain in my pelvic area and lower back

Hard to say: Is this the first bleeding you've had since surgery? Is your pain similar to the pain you had before surgery, or is it different? Speak with your surgeon and let her/him know your concerns.
