No: A 3 month old baby can not have cough medicine. You can steam up the shower and then sit with her in the bathroom, you can elevate the head of the crib she sleeps in or even let her sleep strapped into the car seat. You can use nasal saline drops and suction. Please take her temperature and if it is more than 101 F or she is not eating her milk well, take her to the ER.
