Would laser lipo or ultrasonic laser lipolysis affect fertiility as am doing it because of my wedding.?

No: It should not impact your fertility at all.

Not likely: While a very low body weight induced by anorexia or other extreme diets may interfere with fertility, it is not likely that lipolysis or ual would interfere with fertility under typical circumstances.
