Any time: Hopefully everything will go fine, but the more sections you have, this will be your 4th , the more chance of adhesions and or placenta accreta , etc., you doctor will be doing ultrasounds to check for the latter , but adhesions will not show up on ultrasound, if u had adhesions with your last one u will have them now, so i schedule anyone with 4th csec early37- 38 wks before labor, after an amnio.
