It is a risk: Once you have had a c-section, you have a scar to your uterus which will never be as strong as the native muscle before it was cut. This leaves a weak spot which can potentially rupture. You should speak to your obstetrician about the possibility of a vbac (vaginal birth after c-section). However, the same reasons that you made you have the first c-section could affect your present pregnancy.

Likely not: Generally having three cesarean section deliveries is not very risky. Unless your doctors told you at your last delivery there was a problem. Beyond 3 cesareans the risk of surgical complications or placental problems requiring a hysterectomy keeps going up so it keeps riskier.
