Consider: Not sure whether this is or not related to your labor and delivery, but some diagnoses to be considered include: notalgia paresthetica, neck or thoracic spine problems, nerve issues over brachial plexus, intercostal nerve issues, etc. Perhaps a local neurologist can examine you and discern a diagnosis.
