How can i treat a pulled muscle on my side?

Depends: Make sure it is a "pulled muscle" first. How did it happen and what are the symptoms. If it is in fact a pulled muscle, ice, rest and Ibuprofen will help. Try not to strain it further for the next 10-14 days. You may get help by wearing an abdominal wall binder or brace (large velcro strap) around your abdomen. If in doubt, get it checked out.

Stretch: You must do yoga stretch. Place your arm above your head that is on the same side of the pain and bend to the other side to stretch out the painful side.
