Yes: Yes, you should be concern.Any mass in the kidney is abnormal and the proper nature of the mass should be determine by other diagnostics test, ct scam is one of them.

Hurry: As a standard protocol before expose you for radiation that may be harmful for a fetus (in the case you are pregnant) the y are going to request a pregnancy test. If is positive, and you still need to ruled out a mass in the kidney the modality of choice would be a MRI , because is no radiation. My honest advise go get a over the counter pregnancy test and do it. You will know in seconds.
