My opinion: There r many but in my experience it is difficult to get the meds right 2 control the symptoms & be tolerable for the patient--why throw in unnecessary chemicals (alcohol) that may throw every thing off?

Many: I agree with dr. Bey. In addition to making it very difficult to figure out the ideal medication regimen, as use of alcohol can mimic many of the symptoms we are trying to treat, you increase the risk of side effects some of which can be severe (i.e. Liver toxicity) as well as increasing the likelihood of being arrested for driving under the influence with the combined effects of these substances.
