Cannabis ; alcohol: Are likely to counteract the benefits from taking haldol (haloperidol). Use of alcohol and cannabis are a big reason that many patients have poorly controlled bipolar symptoms.

Risks: Alcohol and Cogentin (benztropine) have the risk of additive sedation Neither alcohol or marijuana will have a positive effect I terms of schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.
