More opinions needed: Multiple options means that there is no consensus of opinion. You can "guess" what sounds best, but i would recommend additional opinions from abps-certified plastic surgeons experienced in breast surgery (not just "certified " "cosmetic surgeons" who have little or no training in plastic surgery and may be certified by bogus boards or in areas unrelated to plastic surgery.) choose when satisfied!

Consider This...: Presumably, you've seen three doctors in your area who have a stake in you choosing them. Consider speaking to someone out of your area. Consider a university with a plastics residency. Please make sure they are certified by the american board of plastic surgery.

Difficult ProblemS: Whenever there are multiple solutions to any problem the chances are that none will yield a perfect result. Look over the credentials of the surgeons you saw, review their work looking for similar cases and go with your feelings. Adjust your expectations and you'll be satisfied.

Referrals.: I would discuss your consultations with other physicians or caretakers who may have familiarity with the surgeons' work. Board cerification, training, years in practice, before/after pictures of similar patients are all useful in the decision making process. Review of hospital status and any disciplinary actions may also be useful in your making your choice, .
