Can a clitoral hood reduction be done by a woman herself, in her own home if she has sterile equipment and local anastethic.?

Please don't try!!!: Not only because i can't imagine having the flexibility to do this on yourself well, but because surgery on or around the clitoris can be very bloody and a home operation is no place to mess around with potential blood loss. Injecting local anesthetic with any vasopressors in it can put the clitoris at risk of having blood supply cut off and the tissue dying. Please don't try this!

Bad idea: Anything is possible, however she would not be prepared for potential complications such as inadequate anesthesia or excessive bleeding. Infection is also a risk.
