Speak to a doctor: Hysterectomy involves removing a major internal organ with a substantial blood supply, and a topical anesthetic would provide no significant pain control. It's unthinkable for someone to consider attempting this under any circumstances. Please talk to a doctor or a counselor if you have an urge to remove your uterus.
