Myasthenia gravis: Do you mean Prednisone and mestinon (pyridostigmine)? You do not have a fever if your core temperature stays below 100 f, but on Prednisone your temperature may be suppressed by the medication. If you think you may have fever because of other symptoms you should be seen asap by the doctor managing your myasthenia. Hope you are better soon.
