There is more to: this than the tests that you mentioned. There a number of labs to consider and there is such a thing as seronegative MG (all labs negative and doubt from everybody). In the cases of seronegative MG, a single finger EMG helps confirm the diagnosis. Not all neurologists are trained in single fiber EMG and the ones that are typically did advanced EMG training. You may have to see a major center.
