Yes: Sle, through a variety of mechanisms can result in almost any symptoms, although this set would be unusual. Irritable bowel syndrome is unlikely to do this, but if you have inflammatory bowel disease in the form of chrohn's particularly, these symptoms may definitely occur. You should be evaluated for these by your doctor.
