After a lap to diagnose bowel endo, it seems that i have worse symptoms. nothing was removed during lap. could the surgery have caused more endo?

Will not cause: Diagnostic laparoscopy will not cause more endometriosis it is done for diagnosis and biopsy of lesions to make sure it is not malignancy, see your gyn doctor to help you for your worsening symptoms , may change , or add medications.
