My husband has his follow up with cardiologist about his tocosubo syndrome on the 18th.he woke up today with the same pain what should i do he dosnt look well but he is stuborn what else could be going on?

Stress Card: Stress Cardiomyopathy is diagnosed when underlying Coronary artery disease is ruled out. So a chest pain, wouldn't, shouldn't necessarily mean that he his having a heart attack. Having said that, we are still unsure of the mechanism of this disorder + people with Stress Card have very weak hearts. Call your Cardiologist and see what they want - if you can't reach them - go to the er.
