Stress Card: Stress Cardiomyopathy is diagnosed when underlying Coronary artery disease is ruled out. So a chest pain, wouldn't, shouldn't necessarily mean that he his having a heart attack. Having said that, we are still unsure of the mechanism of this disorder + people with Stress Card have very weak hearts. Call your Cardiologist and see what they want - if you can't reach them - go to the er.
