Talk to your doctor.: The diagnosis of interstital cystitis (ic) is a clinical one, and incorporates many findings in the history & cystoscopy. Describing pelvic pain with a full bladder with glomerulations seen on cystoscopy is essentially describing the definition of ic. If your physician discounts this, there may be something else pointing away from the diagnosis. The most important thing is to seek & find relief.
