How to prevent uterus cancer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Exercise!: Most uterine cancer is estrogen dependent, thus maintaining a healthy weight (bmi of < 25) will decrease risk. Avoiding diabetes and high blood pressure will help. Birth control pills can also help lower your risk for uterine cancer. Exercise, along with a healthy diet is going to benefit.. Most important though is to see your doctor if you have breakthrough bleeding or heavy periods.
