Not completely: You cannot completely prevent endometrial cancer. You can lower your risk by maintaining a healthy weight, exercising 30 minutes per day, taking birth control pills for one year or more, and avoiding estrogen-alone hormone replacement therapy after menopause.

There are certain : Things that can decrease chance of uterine cancer. But it can not be prevented 100%. 1. Having children especially more then one decreases chances of uterine cancer. 2. Taking oral contraceptives decreases chances of uterine cancer. 3. Maintaining a healthy weight ( not overweight) also decreases chances of uterine cancer.
