See a doctor: Shoulder dislocations require getting the diagnosis right (direction of dislocation) and requires special treatment to reduce (put the joint back into place). It is usually done with the patient asleep or at least sedated. In our hands it is almost always gently done with the patient awake and requires significant training to perfect.
