You can try: But typically after a shoulder dislocation your shoulder will remain painful and weak for a period of time and also be more susceptible to redislocation. I typically tell people to rest it in a sling for a week or so , ice, nsaids, and work on strengthening and pt to prevent reinjury after about 2 weeks most people can start getting back into activity.
