Not likely.: Assume that we are discussing genital chlamydia and not the others. Some people can have genital chlamydia with minimal symptoms. When it does cause symptoms they are all genital or intra abdominal in nature. It is easily tested for and is frequently tested routinely in someone your age. Only very specialized labs and docs ever order blood work as other methods are generally much better.

Depends: You have to look for chlamydia and it doesn't show up on random blood tests. Since a 3rd of men & half of women have few if any symptoms, they may not have looked. You find this by looking for the genes of the germ on a pee test or vaginal swab.
