Yes: Be sure to practice proper ergonomics. If your at a keyboard, use a wrist rest, keep wrists straight and don't overextend or flex while typing. Take breaks to stretch the tissues across the wrist- usually flexion/ extension of the wrist, hands, and fingers. Try to keep items you use frequently close at hand to avoid repetitive reaching and grasping. Carpal tunnel syndrome is an overuse problem.
