Eat less move more: Count your calories and cut back on things that contain added sugars and fats. Tracking programs that calculate caloric values and daily limits are excellent ways to keep track of what you are eating. Choose primarily fruits and vegetables. Start an exercise program and aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise daily. Just about every "diet" program can be effective.. If you stick to it.

Loose weight: Exercise, at lest 3 times per werk, plus low carbo , low sugar diet. Eating 1300 calories per day , , plenty water, stop canned food, add vegetables and some fruits , like tangerine, orange, half aple, small salads, eat 3 to 5 times per day, check your thyroid if some symptom are present
