BPPV: is a possibility. This is a condition of intermittent and varying degrees of vertigo caused by tiny crystals of calcium carbonate that are a normal part of the inner ear's anatomy, detaching and collecting in one of the semicircular canals, causing vertigo with head movement. This can be readily diagnosed by your doctor with a simple maneuver and treated with another.http://vestibular.org/understanding-vestibular-disorders/types-vestibular-disorders/benign-paroxysmal-positional-vertigo
