Mild LVH: Mildly increased thickening of the left ventricular walls in a uniform fashion. Most common reason is hypertension.

Thick heart muscle: Hypertrophy means the wall of the heart is thicker than normal. Concentric means the distribution of the thickening is uniform and not localized to one part of the heart muscle. There are multiple causes.
