Low abdominal pain: Low abdominal pain can originate from several areas. This could be related to an ovarian/uterine problem like cyst, endometriosis and as you said uti. So check with your dr. In terms of your intestines, this could be inflammatory problems, lesions in your large or small intestine. In summary, you should see your gynecologist and a gastroenterologist. A more complete history and physical is needed.

Well: Getting tested for a UTI would be part of the deal but is mostly associated with having to pee recurrently. Low back pain is mostly musculoskeletal. Stress and insomnia can make it worse. You could have back pain and a UTI but try 2 aleve (naproxen) 2x per day for the back if u can, see if that helps.
