No: Yoga is a wonderful exercise routine for pregnancy, but Bikram yoga is usually done in a hot environment. This can lead to excessive dehydration and overhearting. Many yoga studios have program specifically designed for pregnancy. There are also several prenatal yoga dvd series available online.

Yes, but...: As far as i can tell, Bikram yoga is safe while pregnant. It is wise to avoid getting overheated during pregnancy so avoid hot tubs & saunas, but the amount of heat in Bikram is not dangerous. But certain yoga postures should be avoided in pregnancy, while others are especially good. Make sure your instructor knows you are pregnant.
