Let's get an expert!: This is a question for an exercise physiologist! Bikram yoga is high-intensity yoga done in a very warm room. It can be very dehydrating, so you must drink plenty of fluids to replace your sweat output. The only way i could imagine the two activities together would be to separate them by hours, and to hydrate extremely well. Hopefully, an expert will weigh in here! careful with "yoga in the oven!".
