Yes: There is some overlap here between orthopedic surgery which allows for a fellowship (additional training after residency) in spine surgery and neurosurgery who also care for neck problems. Both of these specialty types are "neck specialists." chiropractors are also common specialists in neck pain- although different from traditional neck pain. Some anesthesiologists are pain specialists as well.
