Ingrown hair: It appears you have had a hair grow inward in the hair follicle. This happens. This then acts as a foreign body and irritation sets in. Plugging the follicle with deoderant may have let to this. If the hair is out and the follicle is unplugged, then you may have resolved the issue. Some soapy washes, good hygiene, hot packs and observation may be all you need. If in doubt, check it out.
