Body odor: body odor at the age of four needs physical exam by a pediatrician to make sure his testicles are normal size, exam the private area and underarm. Sometimes blood tests may be necessary

Discuss with pediatr: It's unusual for a child to develop that musty "grown-up body odor" so young. While there may be nothing wrong, it still deserves a visit to the pediatrician. Physical examination and probably some blood work are in order.
