Yearly: All women should have a yearly women's health checkup. A clinical breast exam, general exam and pelvic exam can provide preventative screening and access to care. After hysterectomy and removal of ovaries, there are still important areas checked on pelvic exam.

Yearly: Even after a hysterectomy a yearly exam should be scheduled. During this exam a breast and pelvic exam will be done as well as discussing hormones, sexual function, and any other issues you may have.
